Disturbing News
I just got a phone call a while ago. No one knows about my phone number aside from my family and my boyfriend. A woman who told me her name is Nedi asked for my mom. I told her my mom was out. She then explained that she is the sister of Mark, one of my mom’s friends. She also asked the number of one of my aunts. I didn’t give it to her for privacy reasons. Afterwards, she asked the favor if I could relay a message to my mom. The message was really shocking. I don’t know whether to believe it or not. She told me that Mark was gone. Gone? Someone killed him inside him room, she said, and that the police was investigating the case.
This disturbed me a lot.
I immediately told my mom when she got home. She called up Mark’s cellphone but he couldn’t be reached. She asked all of her friends but they didn’t know anything either. I’m sure unsure upto know if it was a prank phone call of deadly serious. (Not intended as a pun.)
[EDIT] My mom just told me it’s true. Condolence to his family… And ABS-CBN just featured his death. Yikes!
The police think Mark is another victim of the serial killer who kills gays. And yes, Mark is gay. Current events really hit a spot when you know the person involved.

Condolence once more to his family and may he rest in peace. When my Bunch told me about wha happened, I got worried for my Bunch. I was thinking if it was only a prank call or dead serious. I kept on thinking the different scenarios if it was a prank only. I figured out that it would be totally useless to tell somebody some person’s dead if it was just a joke! I mean, call the “dead” person and you’ll know. So I thought it was true. I was not affected by the event because I didn;t know the person. I kept on thinking what Bunchie’s mom’s reaction would be. And until now, I didn;t get the answer hehe (I forgot to ask!)
