Looking Back
Wow! The past few days and weeks had been so busy / hectic that I have yet to blog about some of the unforgettable events that had happened. Without further adieu, allow me to transport you into my Pensieve filled with my memories.
(Pensieve is a basin that holds memories and thoughts popularized by the Harry Potter series.)
June 6 - I joined hunbun and his family to have dinner at Bizu. We celebrated hunbun’s eldest brother’s birthday in advance. The ironic thing was that only the birthday celebrant didn’t have a date among the 3 brothers. And Achie Jenny, hunbun’s second brother’s girlfriend, worked at Bizu. Oh, Bizu is a classy restaurant located at Greenbelt. I loved their color motif (pink, purple, yellow) and interior design. The couches were so comfortable and every detail complemented the next. Not only that, the food was incredible. Hunbun and I split a French Onion Soup. *mmm* As my main course, I ordered one of their specialties: the 10 hour roast beef.
Yum! It was absolutely delicious and literally melts in your mouth. You didn’t even need to chew it. (Great for me and my braces. *hehe*) Hunbun ordered beef ribs which was just as yummy! Of course me and me little tummy couldn’t finish my meal so hunbun sort of ate a double main course. Lucky him for having me as a girlfriend.
On a side note, Bizu actually started out as a pastry shoppe. So that means their desserts were breath taking. They were gorgeous and beautiful! But I’m so fickle when it comes to sweets, so I didn’t like all of the flavors (especially the orange cake) so much. Hunbun loved it there too. He even bought an order of special cookies to go.
Only one itty bitty thing was against Bizy though… the prices are steep!
June 8-13 - [Taiwan Vacation]
June 21 - Hunbun and I went to check out and inquire about Rockwell Tent for Celadon. But before that, I had an hour and a half to kill so I surfed the internet at CTC. When the 2:30 bell rang, hunbun fetched me there. We were on our way out behind a couple of guys. One guy hit the wooden door with his forehead hard, really really hard! I’m not sure if it was a moment of stupidity, carelessness, he didn’t see the door, or whatever. I just did all I can not to laugh hard at his face. *hehe*
It was OMG so hilarious! Hunbun and I couldn’t stop laughing afterwards. Oh, our Rockwell inquiry went well as far as I think so. Hunbun and I held our end up on our own. But since the price Php100,000.00 is way too staggering and Rockwell Tent has a 10pm curfew, I do not think we’ll be renting it. *awww* Our contact person Ms. Zimmer was such an accomodating person. I wouldn’t mind working with her especially because I think I would gain a lot of experience with personal relations. Oh well!
