I was incredibly busy during January 23-27, 2006 since it’s Ateneo de Manila University’s Job Fair Week. That meant updating my resume, getting transcripts and endorsement letters, filling up application forms and supplemental data sheets. In addition, I had a lot of academics and extra-curriculars to attend to. Oh, on the 23rd I took the Procter & Gamble test which I found challenging to say the least.

The night of the January 27, 2006, mama, sahia, hunbun, and I had an imprompty dinner as an early celebration of my birthday. We ate at Bizu! I absolutely love everything there from bread to its spreads, soup, salad, and of course, the main entree. Yum! And I got two free macaroons as a pre-birthday freebie.

Hunbun and I spent the next day working on our individual 12-page newsletter Adobe InDesign project for Electronic Publishing class. I got a perfect score on it so all that hard work paid off. Anyway, that night we had separate dinners to attend. Ahia treated me to Crown Hotel as his birthday celebration. The restaurant was really nice, as well as the food. I especially loved the chocolate fountain though. *hehe*

My 20th birthday finally came on a Monday - January 30, 2006. Hunbun was really really sweet! He surprised me with Bizu chocolate cake, lovely miniature bouquet of roses, and balloons within balloons. *lol* He even had my friends involved - special hugs to Steph. I was really surprised and touched. Thank you to everyone who greeted me and made my day even happier. (Hm… I actually had a midterm exam that night. Great timing, huh!)

On February 1, 2006, I treated my blockmates and friends to Yellow Cab. It was a bit late since everyone was so busy. We had a great time and it was such a bonding session. We even played truth or dare like high-schoolers. *lol* I wish we had more times like this…

On February 3, 2006, Steph, Cla, and I had a Philosophy 102 group study session. We ate at World Topps (this is becoming a tradition *hehe*) but I ordered Bento Box food. Afterwards, we discussed in Steph’s apartment. And they gave me this labor-of-love gift. *awww* Thanks Steph and Cla!

We all headed back to school at around 4:20-ish. My Valentines Rose Sale project held the 2nd general assembly and flower arrangement seminar. It was really fun creating the promotional materials with the girls. I hope for the project to be a success. That night, hunbun and I ate at QC.

I really had a wonderful weeks-long birthday this year. *hehe* Since I’m actually blogging this on February 11, 2006, I just received my birthday card from friends. Thank you to JV, Marge, Cla, Steph, Mon, Pao, Allan, Felix, Jaime, Crix and Trish, Gen, Lori, Keoma, Kris, Eli, Athens, Neill, James and everyone else whose signature I can’t decipher.
